These terms cover your use of weeshelf. By using it you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the service.

What weeshelf is

A place to save links to products from other shops, organise them into shelves, and decide on them with people you invite. We are not a shop. We do not sell anything, hold stock, take payment, or have any part in a purchase you make after following a link.

Your account

You need a Google account to sign in, and you are responsible for what happens under yours. You must be 18 or older. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; doing so removes your shelves and everything on them immediately and permanently.

What you put here

Your notes, messages and the way you organise your shelves remain yours. You give us permission to store and display them so the service can work — including showing them to people you share a shelf with, and to anyone with the link if you make a shelf public.

Do not use weeshelf to post anything unlawful, abusive, or which you have no right to post.

Product information from other shops

When you paste a link, weeshelf fetches that page and copies its title, price and photographs so your shelf is readable. That content belongs to the shop, not to us and not to you. We show it so you can recognise what you saved.

Prices and availability are a snapshot from when the link was added and are frequently out of date. Always check the shop before buying.

If you are a rights holder and want product content removed from weeshelf, write to privacy@weeshelf.com with the link and we will remove it.

Availability

weeshelf is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be available, that fetched product data will be accurate, or that anything you store will be preserved. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the service.

Ending it

You can stop using weeshelf and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or to harm other people.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
